Lukang Elementary School

Lukang is located in the western part of Taiwan by the sea, during the Qing Dynasty, Taiwan and China had frequent trade, and it became a prosperous commercial port city, leaving traces of the stories of the pioneers who opened up the land and road everywhere, and it's rare that some cultural relics and Grade 1~3 buildings are still preserved in the ancient town with a history of several hundred years.


Walking along the streets and lanes of Lukang, even the patchwork of tiles retain many beautiful stories of the ancestors, such as: Shiyi Building, where the literati lived a graceful life of moon gazing, poetry reciting, and chess playing; Yilou, where the ancient colorful building contains a poignant story of love; the Ding family's mansion, which demonstrates the style of a big government official; and the Lungshan Temple and the Tianhou Temple, which are the reflection of the history of Ching-ming and the development of traditional crafts, there are a number of unique study tours that you can enjoy.
