On October 8, 2024, Dashin Elementary School kicked off its 60th-anniversary celebrations with the opening of the "My Artistic World" art exhibition. The event was held at the Beitou Art Gallery in Beidou Township Library, featuring collaborative creations by parents, teachers, and students.

The opening ceremony, attended by many members of the school community, began with a vibrant War Drum drum performance by the school’s drum team. Principal Daniel Huang welcomed guests, encouraging everyone to explore the creative works on display.

The exhibition showcases a variety of art styles, including abstract, figurative, realistic, and sci-fi pieces, all created using cardboard boxes and small decorative items. Every teacher and student contributed, reflecting Dashin Elementary's commitment to fostering diverse talents and creativity.

Principal Huang emphasized that the exhibition is not just about art, but also about self-expression and the strengthening of bonds between parents, children, and the school. 

Visitors are welcome to explore the exhibition, which runs until October 31, 2024. The school will continue the celebrations with its official 60th-anniversary event on November 30, 2024.

2024年10月8日，大新國小以『我的藝想世界』美術展開啟了60週年校慶慶祝活動。該活動在北斗鎮立圖書館的寶斗藝廊舉行，展出了家長、老師與學生的合作創作。開幕典禮由學校鼓隊帶來活力四射的戰鼓表演拉開序幕，許多社區成員出席了此次活動。黃信君校長歡迎來賓到場，並鼓勵大家探索展出的創意作品。此次展覽呈現了各種藝術風格，包括抽象、具象、寫實及科幻等作品，這些作品全部使用紙箱和小型裝飾品創作完成。每位老師與學生都有參與，展現了大新國小培養多元才能與創意的承諾。黃校長強調，這次展覽不僅僅是關於藝術，更是關於自我表達以及加強家長、孩子與學校之間的聯繫。歡迎大家前來參觀展覽，展期至2024年10月31日。學校將於2024年11月30日舉行正式的60週年校慶活動，繼續慶祝這一重要里程碑。
